Established through the generosity of private donations, the Memorial was officially dedicated on May 12, 1990, honoring the 16 officers who had made the ultimate sacrifice.
As our community grew, so did our solemn responsibility to remember those lost in the line of duty. A site expansion in 2005 introduced a second ring of pedestals to accommodate future heroes—a necessity we hold in our hearts with the profound hope that it will never be needed.
Today, 37 law enforcement and corrections officers are commemorated here. We invite you to learn more about their lives, their service, and their End of Watch by visiting our Roll Call page.
The strength of our memorial lies in the partnership of those who guide it. Our Board of Directors brings together diverse perspectives from law enforcement, local government, and community advocacy. Together, they provide the oversight and vision necessary to host the annual tribute and support the families who have sacrificed so much for our safety
